The roof of your building is something you may not think about until it starts to fail. Your roof is a valuable asset and it’s important for you to understand how to best care for it.  Our panel will talk about what you need to know about your roof.  We will cover code updates, maintenance needs for varying roof systems, when to re-roof, single-ply re-roofing options and when to use various types of re-roofing systems.

Speakers:

Todd Poeppelmeier, Territory Manager - Garland Inc.

Garland Inc. is a leading manufacturer and distributor of high-performance solutions for the commercial building envelope. Garland offers public agencies and non-profits a comprehensive selection of roofing and waterproofing material solutions and support services, building envelope assessments and engineering services.

Lisa Michelle Craddock, Account Manager - TectaAmerica

Michelle has been in the roofing industry for over two decades, and she has always specialized in lifecycle extension of existing roof systems. She believes that a building’s most valuable asset is the roof system as it protects the building and all its contents.

She started in 1996 as a secretary, customer service representative, and as the years flew by she learned more and moved forward with her career.  Her primary focus is to assist building owners and managers with managing their roof systems as an asset through comprehensive planned maintenance programs that assist with extending the life-cycle of the existing roof system.  She also assists with problematic service and roof replacement when the roof has reached its potential life.
