In December, 2009, the University of Dayton announced one of its largest acquisitions yet - 105 acres including the 455,000 square foot NCR world headquarters building and historic Old River Park.

We will present a brief overview of this purchase, how it will complement the 2005 purchase of 50 acres from NCR, and how both purchases fit into the University's plans for the future. Currently plans for the former world headquarter building include classrooms, space for the National Alumni Association, and the new home of the University of Dayton Research Institute.
Upon the completion of the presentation, we will take a short tour of the building.
