Robert A. Heater is an Industrial Safety Consultant Specialist, Dayton Service
Office, the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation's Employer Management Services, Division of Safety and Hygiene.  

Mr. Heater is also an associate instructor at Edison Community College.  He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Personnel Management from the University of Toledo.  He has over 30 years experience in the area of safety having worked both private industry and public employment.  He teaches a variety of safety training courses and seminars.  He conducts industrial safety surveys, complaint investigations, and accident investigations.  He completed OSHA Course #501 and is authorized as a 10- and 30-hour General Industry Outreach Program Trainer. 

 He had a secondary military occupation specialty of Preventive Medicine Specialist before retiring from the Ohio Army National Guard.  He is a professional member of the KittyHawk Chapter of the American Society of Safety Engineers and recipient of their Safety Professional of the Year Award.  Mr. Heater is a Certified Safety Professional (CSP).
